A Little Bit of Ben and a Tiny Bit of Jerry
Katie and I were at the grocery store the other day and saw these tiny, little Ben & Jerry’s containers, complete with their own plastic spoon in the lid. They were so cute so we, of course, had to buy a couple.
Supposedly they’re one serving, but I thought the regular size Ben & Jerry’s was one serving. And the spoon is so tiny – about the same size as a baby spoon. I guess if you use the spoon they provide you would eat as many bites as a regular spoon in the regular size Ben & Jerry’s.
They’re a novel little idea, but I don’t think I’ll be buying any more. You just start to enjoy the ice cream and then it’s all gone!!
MMMMMMMM….I love Ben and Jerry! And I can’t believe they actually have a Creme Brulee flavor. I love the small serving but the baby spoon has got to go. Honestly, the pint is my usual serving size too.
what’s the calorie count in those little baby ones?Creme Brulee sounds good. I loved their oatmeal raisin cookie flavor, but I think it was temporary flavor, which, it turns out, is a good thing for me.
I love Ben and Jerry’s so much! That little thingy would not do it for me. I’d be back to buy more. I visited the factory in Vermont a few times, it was so much fun, and the free samples were the best. I only let myself get it once in a while though, cause if I ate it as much as I wanted to, I would be in big trouble with my doctor for my weight and cholest. Thanks for making my night with such happy thoughts.
THAT IS ONE SERVING???I thought a pint was one serving!Love,g
Yeah, seriously … isn’t the bigger one a single serving? Lalalala … I’m gonna pretend I didn’t hear that. 🙂
Perfect for a diet for someone like me who doesn’t know when to stop.
Hi Jenster! Ice cream Yum! You have a nice blog and I am blogrolling you! Hope that is alright.I go to a wonderful Bible believing church too although not consistently which is my loss when I don’t.I just spent the last hour or so in here trying to install part of the neo earth. I got the map but could not get A & B to install properly. I wanted to show cities and a pretty tropical pic (of course) but only words showed up on my blog. Any idea what I did wrong?Have a beautiful day. 🙂
Aim – The Creme Brulee is Katie’s. It’s pretty good, too, with ribbons of crunchy topping running through it. Yummmm!!Monnik – 200 calories for about two seconds of frozen yum.Eileen – Glad I could bring a little sunshine into your life. lolNo Surrender – I KNOW! Can you believe the regular size is suppose to be FOUR servings? Puhleeze! (Thanks for stopping by. Hope you’re feeling good.)Swishy – Hear what???Slackermommy – My question is how many of them do you eat before you stop…Seaspray – Thanks for coming by and I’ll blogroll you, too. Wish I could help with your neoearth, but I’m pretty clueless.
Thank you Jenster. 🙂
Jen, I think these totally rock! Cause I usually buy the pint, and I eat… well, the pint! So if I only buy these, then I eat one and I feel soooo virtuous *g*. The key is to put them in different places in the freezer so I can’t go back for another while still hiding them from the boys!
Lori – Yeah. They’re great if you can eat only one! LOL But they do hide nicely, don’t they??
Cremem Brulee ice cream?!! I did not know there was a such thing! Creme Brulee is my absolute favorite dessert!! My thighs do NOT thank you! 😛
I’d polish off five of those wee ones in no time! =)And creme brulee…..???? mmmmmmm.I.heart.creme brulee.
Oh goodness, i want some cookie dough ice cream right now.
