For the longest time I’ve said I was going to make caramel corn someday, but I never got around to it. I didn’t really know how to do it and never took the time to look it up. A week or so ago a friend of mine posted a recipe on Facebook and last night I just decided this particular someday had come!
Oh.My.Gosh! First of all, it was much easier than I ever imagined it to be. And second, it was fabulous. Fabulous, I say. It was light and crunchy and melty and buttery and caramelly and oh, so delicious.
It’s all gone now. Because do you know why? Because I can’t be trusted around the stuff. It was too good.
It was crack.
I made crack in my kitchen last night and finished it this morning.
I might need help.
