The Un-Surprise
I’m taking the family into Philadelphia tonight to see Stomp. Up until about an hour ago it was a surprise for the kids. As happy as they were when they found out what we’re doing tonight I’m a little sorry I hadn’t told them earlier.
I’m looking forward to it, but I think I’ll take enough Tylenol to pass around just in case.
oooh, i’m jealous. I’ve never seen Stomp.
I went to see that with my husband last winter. It was really neat. I went around banging on random stuff for a good two weeks after that. ;)Have a great time!
Hope y’all have a great time.
Oh, I’d love to see Stomp, but I agree about taking a bucket of Tylenol first!!Have fun!!
As Napoleon (Dynamite, not Bonaparte, although he might have said this a few times, too…)”Luckyyyy”Hope you all have a wonderful time.
So cool, I have always wanted to see that. I have the video but have not seen it on stage. Have fun.
WOW, that sounds like fun – have a great time. Hope to see you soon. Kellan
So very fun! I have heard the show is incredible. I hope all of you had a great time!
OH, we saw this a few years ago in Philly and it was AWESOME!! I can’t wait to hear how it went!!!
We’ve been wanting to see this. I even looked into it recently. Let me know what you think.a
Oh, I’ve always wanted to see these guys and have never had the opportunity. My oldest is really into drums and percussion and we’re waiting for the day we can take him. I hope you all have a wonnderful time. And the Tylenol is a brilliant idea. 😉
you guys do the coolest things! can’t wait to hear what you think about it!
I’m too late to tag along aren’t I? Rats!
Sounds like fun. I’m curious to see what you thought of it. Just in case I don’t get a chance to stop by Jen, have a wonderful and safe New Year’s with your family 🙂
I think Stomp is not an outing for a Grandparent!!! I shall proclaim Senior status and skip that one when the girls are a bit older. Loved “The Nutcracker Suite” though. Much more my speed!!! (Tylenol? — I’d have to have Valium or Morphine!!)I’ll bet you enjoy it! God knew what he was doing when he gave the babies to younger ones!!!
P.S. For the stuffy nose, try a Tagamet before bed. (It’s a mild antiacid pill which is also a histamine blocker. No side effects to speak of.)I, too, made it through Breast Cancer just last year!!!
I surprised my daughter on New Year’s Day with tickets to see “Wicked”! We have a stunning theatre in my town, too. I’m glad you enjoyed the show!
