What can I say? It was a good year. Oh wait. Some of that stuff wasn’t so good, huh? LOL I was born down the street from where the Watt’s Riots happened, but a couple of months later. Something to be proud of, no??

That was the year we had a great family vacation – at least in my book! We went to San Clemente, went to the beach everyday for a week (maybe longer??). Mom was pregnant, I got to be in the water ALL DAY! Bliss! Oh, and then you came a few months later 🙁 (LMAO!!! I’m so funny!) No, we have enjoyed you, you are always so entertaining!

I was living in Clovis, New Mexico with dreams of being a ballerina. Things didn’t quite work out the way I planned back in ’65.

My DH was born in 1965 as well. Betamax and the Beatles in the same year? What a year!

Rubber Soul is THE BEST Beatles album EVER, without a doubt! And don’t even THINK about arguing with me. It WAS a VERY good year! I was born about a month before JFK was shot (1963, so no one has to stop & think). Betty Friedan publishes The Feminine Mystique, launching a middle-class feminist movement. Michael Jordan, Quentin Tarantino, Conan O’Brien, Johnny Depp, and Brad Pitt are born. Hmm…well 2 out of 5…uh, well…okay, so 1963 sucked. HEY! The remote control was authorized by the FCC!!! Permission to be lazy GRANTED!!! WOO HOO!!!
